Call Center Agent

This page has several sections that provide information about Queues or the users call stats.

My Queues

Displays the queue the user is assigned to along with the type of queue, the users priority in that queue, and callers waiting in the queue.

The gray circle next to the queue name will turn green when logged into the queue.

My Graphs

Displays information about calls taken today and over the last 10 days.

Status and Statistics

At the top is a button to set the users status including break, lunch, and end of shift. Below that is information about how the user will receive calls based on their time frames (if any). Finally the users daily stats for talk time and number of calls are displayed below that.

Next to each of the statistics is a gray info icon, hovering over this icon with your mouse will display additional details about each stat.

Recent Call History

Displays the last few calls received along with a button to add a note about the call.
