This page allows the creation of scheduled pages using an overhead paging system.
Add Schedule
A simple name for the scheduled page.
If set to “No” the page will happen as soon as it's saved.
Used to enable or disable the status.
The start and end date will set what date range the page will occur. For example a page set to occur every Monday will happen every Monday between the date range set.
Here audio files can be uploaded for use in the page.
Any number of days can be set here. The page will only happen on the days set.
Sets the time, or times that the page will occur. Times can be added using the green plus icon.
Set the date or dates that would normally receive a page to add an exception and not receive a page.
Set the extension assigned to the paging devices in the Users page.
If you wish to trigger the page manually you can enter a number here and then dial this number from any phone.
