System Sidebar Links

These set of links provide access to higher level auditing or system functions. These can be very helpful if troubleshooting a system.

Version: 4.3.0.6

About

This tab shows version numbers for Voiceware (i.e. 4.3 20230315) and core component version numbers.

This tab displays system health information such as uptime, memory usage, and disk space.

This tab shows license data on how many endpoints or Browser Console licenses the system has.

System ID: Any time a license needs to be adjusted always provide Support the system ID.

Note: on older Voiceware versions this was called the Zend ID and had a different format but served the same function.

Clicking “Update License via Remote License Server” will cause the system to attempt to update its license over the internet.

As needed we can provide a small license file that can be uploaded to the system using the Upload New License button.

This tab allows the update of three items:

  1. Help Files: PDF help files built into the system for offline reference.

  2. PMS Configs: These interface files are used with Psip-PMS to interface with different PMS vendors. Normally these are not updated once the system is installed and working with a PMS system.

  3. Phone Templates: These are the template files used for Auto Provisioning. These are not normally updated post installation.

If phone template files are updated the system will receive the latest versions. This might alter how the phones or gateways behave once they are rebooted. Use with caution or under Phonesuite guidance.

Monitor

This page displays the different core processes that make up Voiceware and how long they have been running. This is normally used for higher level troubleshooting.

Logs

This page allows the viewing of systems logs from Asterisk, PAI, or Syslog. These are normally used for higher level troubleshooting.

Network Configuration

This page allows the IP of the system to be changed along with other network related settings.

When the IP address is changed a system reboot is required.

Active Calls

This page shows a listing of active calls ongoing on the system.

Audit Log

This page displays a record of all systems changes. This can be used to audit who made a change to the system when.
