Confirm Fax Edge built the config file for an ATA.

The format to view the Fax Edge .ini file. Just replace {MAC} with the MAC address of the device in question.

Common Errors & Solutions

Check the URL, this shows when the device is a model B but the link for D is used.

Double check the MAC is correct or request the ATA to be added to the System via support.

Check the link. The MAC address in the URL may be invalid.

Check the MAC and Serial in Fax Edge and verify there are no typos.

The primary configuration is missing details. Go back into FaxEdge and re-check the provisioning details.
