The process of deleting guest user details after check-out has been enhanced by introducing a 5-minute delay. This ensures proper reassignment of the telephone device or AOR back to the assigned room, preventing cases where devices or AORs would go missing due to immediate deletion.

• After a guest checks out, the system will now wait 5 minutes before deleting the guest user details.

• This delay ensures that the device or AOR is safely and properly reassigned back to the original room before the guest record is removed.

• When users modify PMS integration credential details and click the Cancel button, all changes will now be discarded and revert to the previously saved state.
